He maintained constant communication from start to finish ensuring we felt at ease through the entire process. We received a full package upon completion that encompassed everything from our warranty documentation, permits and a full set of blueprints. We contracted with Premier Construction to demolish our existing garage and build a new one. This
was done in a timely fashion and a professional manner. Gary Floyd was especially helpful and very
good to work with. We are satisfied with every aspect of the new construction and pleased with the
quality of the work preformed.

Premier Construction built our 20 x 40 game and weight room in our backyard. They used strong and durable material. We were very impressed with how short of time it took them to complete construction on our building. It only took a month from start to finish, and we even had a few days of bad weather when they started. I would recommend Premier Construction to family and friends.

We are very happy with the recent complete remodel of our home. Before we chose the contractor we wanted to take us through a lengthy, complicated process, we did some research and found that Gary Floyd, of Premier Construction, LLC, was very highly regarded by the Better Business Bureau. We knew this was a good sign. From the very first meeting with Gary, when we talked about our desires for the house, we knew he would be a good fit for us. He listened to our needs and gave us suggestions about how to improve both the form and function of our house. He engaged an architect and we planned together what possibilities lay ahead for each room of our home. Through each step of the process, from the first crumb of popcorn ceiling coming down, to the lock on the front door, Gary supervised the many subcontractors, making sure everything was done thoroughly, completely, and in a timely fashion. We were able to stay in the house, saving us money we would have spent on lodging elsewhere. Gary instructed the subcontractors to work around us, and we tried our best to cooperate with their needs.

We took down a wall in the kitchen (a feature we didn't know was available to us), completely remade that area, replaced the bathrooms, re-floored the whole house, painted the interior of the house, and had cabinets installed that added storage and attractiveness to the house. All the doors were replaced and the new ones are so beautiful. The recessed lighting, inside and out, has brightened the house considerably.

We highly recommend Premier Construction, LLC, to anyone contemplating a remodel. The results of the renovation of our house are outstanding and we couldn't be happier.
